Terms of Service for Nomad In Me
Welcome to Nomad In Me's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ownership of Content: Any photos/videos content created on Nomad in ME's trips (by Nomad in ME's content creators or clients) is the property of Nomad in ME and can only be used by Nomad in ME Experiences for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercial use without obtaining the rightful permissions from Nomad in ME.
- Payment: Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
- Verification of IDs: All IDs shall be verified before the trip. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid government ID.
- Riding gear: All riders should have protective riding gear. Helmets, Boots, gloves , CE certified riding jackets , kneed guards are mandatory to join the ride.
- Booking Transfers: The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- Refunds: No refunds shall be made towards any inclusions not availed by the client.
- Luggage and Belongings: Travelers must take care of their luggage and belongings. Nomad in ME's management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
- Departure Time: The time of departure is stated and fixed. All travellers must update their status with the trip coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
- Missed Departure: Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. Nomad in ME shall call you twice before the scheduled departure.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Nomad in ME organizes adventure trips, which involve certain risks. Neither Nomad in ME nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible or liable for any accidents, bodily injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to baggage or property, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence, or delay. We will provide riders support in case of any mechanical breakdown to the extent of what can be fixed on the road , if not we will have to avail road-side assistance of the manufacturer or private garage that we have tied up with, the cost and expenses will have to be borne by the rider
- Conduct: No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. Nomad in ME aims to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience for all travellers.
- Delays and Alterations: Nomad in ME shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, political closures, or untoward incidents.
- Injury or Illness: In case of injury or illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external evacuation/transport services may need to be engaged to safeguard the health of the participant. Any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant's family.
- Insurance: Nomad in ME does not provide any insurance policy to cover for expenditure on sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
- Itinerary Changes: Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions, the physical ability of participants, traffic, weather, circumstances beyond our control etc., may bring alteration in the itinerary. Nomad in ME reserves the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
